This year's edition of the Jurilovca Lipovenesc Borscht Festival, which has celebrated 16 years since the first edition of the event, will take place on September 6 and 7, that is, on the first weekend of the first autumn month of 2025.

"The event has grown from the 200 participants in 2009, when it was just a local celebration, to 157,000 visitors in the two days of the weekend of September 21-22, 2024, thus consolidating its position as "the largest outdoor festival in Tulcea County and all of Dobrogea.", according to the press release sent to the editorial office by the Jurilovca City Hall.

The organizer of the Jurilovca Lipovenesc Borscht Festival is the Jurilovca Commune City Hall, with funding from the Tulcea County Council.
