On December 20th, Saturday, we invite you to Cobor, where a great celebration awaits.
We’ll be butchering the pig on the 19th, so we’ll have enough time to treat you properly with carefully prepared delicacies. 😁
Crackling, pork rinds, fresh meat sizzling in lard, served with polenta and pickles, and many other goodies. There will be plenty of wine, of course—how could it be otherwise? And if the temperature drops, we’ll even make some hot țuică.
And so that you don’t travel all this way just for the food, you’ll also get to enjoy the carols of our neighbors from Felmer, the talent of Alina Zară from Chic, who’s bringing a limited-edition Christmas gift collection, and a lovely mini photo exhibition dedicated to the Ignat celebration in Țara Făgărașului, thanks to Diana Iabrașu, the creator of the “Albastru” project.
Wait, there’s more! Antonia Czika is coming with a collection of garments and accessories printed with leaves and flowers, from Leaves of Kobor. Anne Jolif and Lidia will bring delicious syrups made from fruits gathered in the village, and real, tasty honey!

Those who want to fully enjoy the charm of the Household can choose to stay with us from Friday to Sunday, as accommodation is limited. Participation in the Ignat celebration will be based on reservations made by December 17th.
