Charity mountain bike race

MTB Măgura Challenge is a race for mountain biking enthusiasts who want to get involved, through their simple participation, in efforts to preserve historical monuments. With 16.5 km MTB and EMTB races, the race is open to those already accustomed to a sustained effort on mountain bike trails. The route between the Fortified Church of Cisnădie and the Cisnădioara Fortress passes over the Măgura Peak at 1,304 m and is mainly in shaded areas of the forest at the foot of the Cindrel Mountains. We will cycle through the city on Măgurii Street, on forest roads and on narrow trails noted by the Year of Hiking program. The race is organized by the My Transylvania Association in collaboration with the Fortified Churches Foundation.

3. Kids race: 4 km / Cisnădie – bike path – Cisnădioara Fortress / + 100 m elevation difference
