About

Just as the village used to gather for feasts and celebrations, so we gather now, with open hearts and a thirst for goulash. Autumn brings not only abundance, but also a tasty opportunity to be together. The Cobor Biodiversity Farm is hosting the third edition of the Goulash Competition!

On September 20, homesteaders and chefs with a love for traditions will light the fires and put the cauldrons to the test, cooking goulash from Steppe Goat meat, raised here, in the tranquility of the Transylvanian pastures. 10 teams will compete, and the jury will have the difficult task of deciding which is the best goulash.

We invite you to taste, enjoy the farm and participate in educational workshops for children and parents. On the program: responsible cooking, compass orientation, playing with clay and straw and other creative activities.

We go together to visit the farm's cows and enjoy an artistic moment outdoors, before finding out who is going home with this year's awards.
