The Bihor Destination Management Agency (AMD Bihor), together with the Museum of the Land of Crișuri Oradea – Complex Museum, with the support of the Bihor County Council, Oradea City Hall and Visit Oradea, and in partnership with the Bihor County Agency for Sustainable Development, the Bihor County Center of Culture, the State Theatre “Regina Maria” and the Association “Friends of the Museum of the Land of Crișuri”, is organizing the third edition of the event “Flavors and Traditions of Bihor”.

The event will take place on September 20–21, 2025, in the park of the Museum of the Land of Crișuri (1/A Armatei Române Street), between 1:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

The purpose of the event is to promote traditional food specific to Bihor, based on recipes included in the volume “Traditional Recipes from Bihor”, launched at the first edition and available online here: https://www.cjbihor.ro/.../Retete-Traditionale-DEBIHOR-RO....

The event also aims to highlight traditional crafts and artisans still active in Bihor County, local producers, as well as the music and dances specific to Țara Crișurilor, thus contributing to the preservation and promotion of both the tangible and intangible cultural heritage of Bihor.
