The series of rock concerts hosted by the Medieval Fortress of Severin continues this year with an exceptional show, which will feature two of the emblematic bands of Romanian rock: Celelalte Cuvinte & Antract!

Now in its 45th year of activity and still one of the most beloved bands in Romania, the band Celelalte Cuvinte will present the Severin audience with a special setlist, which will include the most representative songs from a discography characterized by variety, experimentation and pioneering in several subgenres of local rock music (progressive rock, heavy metal, folk rock, alternative rock, thrash metal, doom metal, progressive metal).

Founded in 1981, the band Celelalte Cuvinte released its first album in 1985 (when 4 songs by the Oradea band appeared on the album "Formații rock 8"); In the decades that have passed since that moment, 8 studio albums have followed (the most recent, titled "Lumea Asta", being released in 2023), 2 live albums and a career that has brought joy to the souls of several generations of Romanian rock and metal music lovers.
The band Antract has, in turn, a rich history, its first line-up having been formed since 1984. The band will stand out in the local musical landscape starting in the 90s, when Antract plays alongside some of the big names of international rock (Uriah Heep, Ian Gillan, Jethro Tull, Saxon, Ronnie James Dio, Metallica), and the band's debut album appears on Electrecord in 1994. Over time, Antract has released 6 more studio albums and 2 live albums, becoming a constant presence on stages in all regions of the country.
In the opening of this exceptional double concert, the talented young people from Atelier Rock by Anto and the band Loud Regret will take to the stage of the Medieval Fortress of Severin.

Access to the event will be possible starting at 6:00 PM, with the fortress's visiting ticket. The ticket can be purchased at the entrance to the fortress.
